This causes the fluid to expand and become less dense. The hotter, less dense fluid then rises, and cooler, denser fluid moves in to take its place. This circulation of fluids continues, transferring heat energy throughout the system.

3. Radiation

These waves travel through space at the speed of light and can be absorbed by any object with the ability to emit and absorb radiation.
